The rapid climate change has become a great threat to the living creatures on earth. The impact of climate change causing high temperature worldwide. Excessive carbon emission is one of the main reasons for rising temperature. There are many ways and means to reduce the temperature through applying adaptation and mitigation measures. Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) is one of the measures which helps reduce carbon emission substantially. As such TSS started installation of ICS at household level since 2007. 

So far 1645 ICS have been installed at household levels in its working area. It reduces smoke in kitchen which is congenial to health & hygiene also.
