The Executive Committee of TSS is elected by the members of the General Committee for a period of 3 years. It consists of 7 members. The Executive Committee is responsible to the General Committee for all activities, management, administration, policy making and implementation of all program/projects activities of the organization. The Director is empowered by the Executive Committee to take final decision in all matters. He also acts as the Member Secretary of the Executive Committee and responsible for maintaining liaison with govt. national & international donors’ agencies, partner organizations and other stakeholders, signing of agreement with different donors/institutions, banks etc. for smooth running of the organization.

The EC meets quarterly in a year but more if necessary.
