Tarafsartaj Shanti Sangha (TSS) is a development organization committed to change through empowering the rural poor. It provides development opportunities and services to around 703 underprivileged families in 6 districts, and work with 300 community-based organizations known as Federations seeking to empower their grassroots members. TSS maintains a staffing of over 55, over 90% of whom are field-based.

Tarafsartaj Shanti Sangha (TSS) acts as a social activist to create opportunities for the under privileged people by providing multi-dimensional support services for their sustainable socio-economic growth and development. We are in a family of more than thousand members who are relentlessly working for sustainable livelihoods development by creating job opportunities for low-income segment.
